1. Who We Are
TPT Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates TPT Marketing at marketing.tptsolutions.co.nz. We are based in New Zealand and are bound by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (“Privacy Act”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use TPT Marketing, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect

- Billing information: credit card details (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
- Ad campaign content: creative assets, ad copy, target audiences, and campaign budgets you configure.

4. Connected Advertising Platforms
TPT Marketing integrates with third-party advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads). When you connect these platforms, data is exchanged between TPT Marketing and those platforms to create, manage, and report on your campaigns. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party advertising platforms.
5. How We Share Your Information
- Advertising platforms: Campaign data (creative, targeting, budgets) is shared with the advertising platforms you connect in order to run your campaigns.
- Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority, we may disclose information to comply with our legal obligations.

6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Australia and/or the United States, operated by our hosting providers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. Connected platform tokens are encrypted at rest.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please notify us immediately at support@tptsolutions.co.nz.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign performance data may be retained for up to 24 months to enable historical reporting. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
